Difference Between a Tab and Left-Line Indent

First off let's define a tab in a Word document and a left-line indent in a Word document. A tab is a tab stop to describe a location where the cursor stops after clicking "tab" on your keyboard. This helps to align text in a document. Whereas a left-line indent is an automatic indentation. You do not need to click "tab" on your keyboard. A left-line indent is an easier way to automatically have the first sentence of every paragraph in your document to be indented without having to click tab on your keyboard each time you start a new paragraph.
