How to Evenly Distribute Columns

Evenly distributed columns are really important to make your table look professional and clean. After creating a table it is always a must to be sure your columns are even. Below are steps on how to do this.

First, create your table. For this example, I will be creating a table that is 3 x 9. Insert your data.

As you can see in the screenshot above, the table has a lot of room in between the data entered.

Second, select the box. To do this click on the box with the plus sign (+) inside. Then you will click the "Layout" tab.

After completing the steps above, then click on "AutoFit" and then select "AutoFit Contents." This will distribute all the tables columns evenly.

After doing this you will notice that your table columns are evenly distributed! Below is a screenshot of what your table should look like. It should look different from when it did in the beginning.
